1. Acceptance of Terms

5. Platform Usage Rules

6. Payments & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on bongo plus – including deposits, wagers, and withdrawals – are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). Upon receiving a closure request, bongo plus will process any outstanding withdrawals of genuine funds in accordance with its standard verification and payout procedures before the account is deactivated. Account closure does not automatically cancel any pending transactions, and players remain responsible for any obligations incurred prior to the closure request. The failure of bongo plus to enforce any right or provision of these terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision in any future instance.
